Nak share sikit ni. Mami kate, kalau nak diet kena avoid nasi. Kalau camni, diet Rasulullah SAW memang tak ada nasi. Cuba semak diet Baginda SAW kat bawah ni:

1- Kurma dan air kosong. 

2- Tharid (roti yang dicampur daging dan berkuah) 

3- Roti yang dimakan dengan cuka. 

4- Roti dengan minyak zaitun. 

5- Roti dengan keju. 

6- Bubur yang dibuat daripada susu dan gandum. 

7- Roti dengan kurma. 

8- Kurma dengan mentega. 

9- 7 biji kurma yang direndam di dalam susu (biasanya dimakan waktu pagi) 

10- Kurma dan tembikai 

11- Timun dan kurma 

Menu -menu yang disenaraikan di atas memperlihatkan kesederhanaan Rasulullah dan betapa sihatnya hidangan Baginda. Baginda menjana tenaga melalui makanan tersebut untuk tujuan ketaatan kepada Allah. 


Nota asdfghjkl: Kalau cuba follow baginda punya diet bukan setakat jadi sihat malah pahala pun dapat sekali ^_^

Throughout my life, I just realized that the most important people of mine are only four. Yes, only four. Who are they? Let me keep this little secret by myself.


 But, when I said I love these 4 people there will be someone says, "Termasuk Allah sekali tak? Jangan sampai jadi syirik...". Err, is a question relevant? Well, hey. You have to understand my words carefully. When I said, people they must be yeah people I mean human. Allah is Allah, The Only One God. He must be in our heart. Always.


 So, when I said people always leave I really mean it. It's about HUMAN. Don't you realized when you said, "Allah never leave.." is just to make you happy? Are you really okay to be alone without friends? If it's me, I am not okay. That's how I feel.

 Last but not least, I am sorry if I am too harsh. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you people.

What a fatigue and hungrayh day today. Well, I just bought stuff from Cala Qisya and Cala Man. Yeah, they're awesome but the most awesome is when I met a girl in this photo

I think I should type a little description here. Well, I had bought a maggi XL shawl with a cute so-called vintage shoes *perasan seploh saat* haha xD


And, I pray that I can go to Cala Qisya Boutique again with my pocket full of money *serious face*
